Big City Windows And Doors

Weve had nothing but the absolute best service from Big City Windows. They redid all the windows and doors in our heritage house, and we werent easy clients! My dad was in the business for many years, so we had a detailed list of what we wanted and high expectations for how it was to be done Big City installed everything a month ago, and my dad is still singing their praises! Everyone who comes to the house, even strangers, remarks on how gorgeous our new front door is!

Heres everything I would have wanted to know when we were considering which company to work with:
1. We got three quotes and Big City gave us the best price
2. Trevor, our sales rep went, out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted the functionality, the finishes, the trim, everything! And when the factory suggested something different, to improve wear over time, he called to talk it through.
3. The greener homes rebates and loan program is confusing and tedious, but Trevor walked us through the whole process and took the stress out of it.
4. Sometimes things go wrong with old houses after taking out the old windows, the installers discovered that our brickwork was loose, and we needed lintels above our windows. They stabilized everything, Trevor put us in touch with a mason, and we were able to reschedule the installation for the following week.
5. Andryis team of installers were friendly, did really beautiful work on the finishes, and were really efficient they did 14 windows and three doors in just 4 days.
6. New doors and windows make a HUGE difference. The house looks so much better, its warmer inside, and we notice a lot less noise from the street. Trevor told us wed be surprised by what a difference it made, but honestly, were blown away and just thrilled with the improvements to our home.
