I had a backed-up urinal, which was causing a small flood in my shop. Chris came and identified the problem immediately. Fixed it and advised what cause the issue and how to prevent it from happening again.

There was a mess everywhere...I didn't know where to start. As soon as Chris showed up, I knew I was in good hands! He removed the toilet, cleaned the whole thing, and the problem was fixed in no time!! He even did a free home inspection while he was here...what a guy!!

Our floor shower faucet needed repair as water was dripping like crazy. As a Mr. Rooter member, I know that I will be given priority in a service call like this aside from the usual discount that members enjoy. Chris came at the appointed time. What I thought was an easy job turned out to be quite complicated due to a bad repair done by another contractor a couple of years ago. On the same visit, Chris had to make two separate trips to get the parts needed to replace our tub spout. And he always came back with a smiling face and with a solution to our problem. Also, I couldn't thank him much for locating the water switch in our basement storage amidst a rubble of boxes and computer junks. And I didn't hear a complaint from him despite this extra work that he had to do. The job was completed in a few hours. I hope that other service contractors will have people as dedicated, cheerful and customer-focused as Chris Cochrane of Mr. Rooter.

Andrew was here to fix the problem we had with the toilet for a long time. He did a great job troubleshooting the issue, and had it fixed fast. We signed up for CAP to use them in the future.

We had a problem clog in our kitchen sink - tried everything to get it to drain and unclog to no avail. Called Mr. Rooter Plumbing - they arrived within about an hour and a half - 30 minutes later everything was working again. The Plumbing technician, Robert Plantic was friendly, careful and knew what he was doing. He didn't upsell or try to rip us off - simply fixed the problem cost effectively and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all!!

We had a serious problem with the kitchen sink. Even my husband and brother could not solve it properly so i've lost my patience and called mr. Rooter. Vadym came less then in 50 min and solved our problem with the sink very professionally. My thanks to him. Finally nothing bothers me in the kitchen!!!

We have expericed a flood in the basement that had damaged our carpets in our kids play area, the problem was caused to a crached clay pipe outside. Frano Explained to us how the repair would be made. He recommended we repair all the pipe outside approx 22 feet, to eliminate the chance of this re-occuring. Sounds like a good idea, The crew came the next day, Slavik was in charge and they worked hard for two days and our front lawn still looks nice. Thank you everyone at Mr rooter
