I had a garage door spring break at 10:30 AM on a Thursday. Called 3 door companies, 2 of them couldn't come out until the next day (reasonable) but Creative Door had a Technician at my house at 12:30 PM same day and the door was repaired by 1:00 PM. Amazing service from both Chris in the office and Ben the Technician. This company truly understands the meaning of customer service! And to top things off, Creative charged $50 less than the prices quoted by their competitors! I also use Creative's commercial division for door repairs at my business and they always exceed my expectations as well. Call Creative door, you won't be disappointed.
