I love this company and their products. I'm still satisfied with the quality of my windows 7 years after installation, it doesn't matter if something goes wrong or not! A few weeks ago water got trapped between one of those double paned glass panels in our kitchen window so we called them up to fix things quickly without charge.

Their prices where reasonable compare to other company, they also ensure the measurements are correct by sending another person to double check, they are timely and very great to work with, Denis was amazing, he did a wonderful job . I definitely recommend this company for any further windows. Thank you again.

I can't say enough good things about Panorama windows and doors. We've used them on two separate occasions. They were professional, provided outstanding reliable service, communicated well from every department from the sales rep, to scheduling, to installation, to inspection and even brought us a box of chocolates to say thank you. Their prices were competitive and also were willing to work with us on price negotiation, and every person I dealt with was friendly, trustworthy, accommodating, and provided the solution we needed. A couple windows had small issues after installation, so they had a scheduler and technician respond quickly and solve the problems efficiently. The windows are made in Ontario and the quality is excellent. We can no longer hear traffic noise and the house is noticeably warmer in winter. Highly recommend them!!

Made an excellent job of fitting new windows in my apartment. Really high standard of workmanship and everything left looking really clean and tidy on completion. I would definitely recommend Panorama windows and doors.

To start from the point that it took so long from the order to installation. However we do other renovations and I can tell that it took longer to get my countertop for the kitchen. Seems to be delays everywhere.

I didn't expect to be booked 3 times, it's also stressful especially since we removed all the blinds for the first time and waited with open windows for 5 weeks. One thing I can tell is good correspondence with the office, they always pick up the phone (unlike sales person).

All the windows were done in 2 days, finishing was on the second day a week later. Also stressful but it was our fault and in the email preparation it says to remove the blinds but we didn't. Sure enough the crew don't deal with the electrical and I recall it now in the sales consultation.

Windows installed fast, in a couple of hours everything was in. The first impression is quietness. I was nicely surprised how quiet my bedroom became. Nice cranking handles too, they fold and not on the way if the blinds.

Also sun protection, we picked this option knowingly and it works just as promised. We put blinds down only at night.

Overall our stress was well paid off with the result. Special thanks to Yana, I can only imagine what she's going through.

We did our research and compared 3 other windows and doors companies. Very happy with the installation and products. Their windows are made in canada which was very important to us. Took a bit longer to get our windows because of delays in the factory by 4 week but it’s reasonable and the installation was perfect. We love our new windows.

We replaced our sliding door with Panorama. Our current door was leaking very badly. Panorama was honest about the timeline, and sliding doors don’t take as long as windows we were told. We got the doors in roughly 8 weeks. It is great to not be dealing with leaks anymore, and stuffing towels under our old door like we have been for a while. We appreciate the timely replacement and the care expressed towards our situation. We didn’t expect this, knowing how long everything took...We called other companies and were told 22 weeks!!!! We’re just glad this was done before the real cold and rain hit, or else we were worried about more damage happening due to the leaks. Thanks for helping us guys, we will make sure to spread the word, and we’ll definitely be back when we are ready to do more upgrades to our older home

So we just finally had a moment to leave a review. We got the work done about a month ago and we did our entire house, all the windows and all the doors were replaced. It took FOREVER but the work is now done. There were some minor issues like ripped screens and some minor things which were taken care of in a timely manner. We are still waiting on a replacement glass for one of the doors, but Panorama already called us with a date for when that is expected to come in. We are very pleased with the overall experience regardless of the long wait - we understand it isn’t these guys’ fault, it seems to be an all-around problem right now. We sincerely appreciate your professionalism and your ability to resolve problems as they come up. Panorama team is truly proud of their product and they take pride in regards to the installations as well. We really value this aspect of their process, and we will certainly recommend them to our friends and family.

Panorama windows and doors accommodate us with some new openings, a couple for them were made to be bigger. We love the new look of our home, it is light and warm and cozy! We waited a very long time for the work to be done, but we are grateful everything was finished before the years’ end. Thanks for your hard work and follow ups during this lengthy process
