Corbeil Appliances Mississauga/Oakville

Brand new fridge was defective from day 1 it not cool , I called corbeil and they said 1: I'm on my own as far as getting a warranty service call and
2: they would not replace the fridge they said call the manufacturer.

I had to call the manufacturer to get a service call who 2 days later said it was defective to due very low Freon gas pressure. The service tech advised me to get Corbeil to replace it but they refused ot do so and then stopped returning my calls.
Finally after 4 weeks I got a new fridge from the manufacturer.
My recommendation to any one thinking about buying from corbeil is DON"T

Received excellent customer service from the assistant store manager, Kerry, at the Corbeil Mississauga location. Kerry is very knowledgeable on all appliances, he replies to questions via email in a very timely manner. He is even available and ready to solve issues after the sale and delivery is complete. Thank you Kerry for making this major purchase a smooth and positive experience.

We decided to buy new washer/dryer as we wanted to sell our house and found the best products (Samsung) for the best price (I walked all around the stores along Vega Blvd. Corbeil had the best to offer. Delivery guys were amazing! They worked together really well but helped me install, set up.
Then when we were ready to renovate our new house, (after we did lots of price comparisons) Maneesh found us the best price for 5 new kitchen appliances.
Again, the delivery guys were fantastic. My husband said, they were the best he's worked seen. I didn't know of Corbeil before all this but I will definitely go back and thoroughly recommend them to others.

I would like to recommend Corbeil on account of the very good service received from both the Manager, Jaipaul Jagdeo an the Sales Rep, Vinay Puree. Both these individuals provided excellent service and were able to resolve a small problem very quickly.

Hi I just wanted to put in my review of Corbeil, Oakville location's, manager Vladimir Gavrilovski. He was amazing in helping me out with a problem I had on installing my dishwasher. The repair man was unable to do it stating it was faulty and when I reported this to Mr. Gavrilovski he quickly set up another delivery date and took care of any other questions I had. He was promptly in his return call to me and very curtious throught out the whole ordeal. Thank you Vladimir Gavrilovski

I was looking for some appliances during a home renovation and fortunately, I was serviced by Kerry at the Vega Blvd location. His product knowledge, customer service skills and thoroughness is by far one of the best I have encountered in the industry. I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and have not yet encountered such care and passion in helping customers as he displays.
