Ultimate Home Services were recommended to me by PMT Home Services, who I found on Homestars. I had been extremely impressed with PMT (see my reviews), so felt I could trust Ultimate. Jason came to do a (no obligation) estimate, and I feared the worst because of how steep and dangerous my roof is, and this was right at the peak. Jason gave me two options - reconstruct the flat roof portion of my roof , which was leaking like crazy ($2,500), or simply cover it with a membrane ($500). He said it was structurally sound enough that the membrane would hold it for many years, preventing any more leaks from occurring. He also spotted a couple of other places that needed sealing, which he did for no extra charge. I asked him if he could remove a dish/antenna that had been on the house since we moved it. and was ugly. He removed that and disposed of it, again for no charge!
So I got an expert, timely repair, leaks fixed I didn't even know I had, and an eyesore removed. all for $500 plus taxes.
This company is fast, professional and reasonably priced, so I would highly recommend them for any roofing or other home services, based upon my experience.
