Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I would give them a zero star rating if I could. Paid for a tub and when we went to install it realized it was defective. Tried to get a hold of Kal many times, via email/calls and never got any response. They are taking zero responsibility for selling us a defective product, not even attempting to help at all!! Zero responses from them, they just ignore all our emails and calls.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE USELESS AND WILL BE ZERO HELP IF YOU EVER NEED IT. We are now out over $700 for a tub we can’t use and had to go and buy one from another company who were much better and helpful. STAY AWAY IF TOU CAN!!!
