Bat removal and all Critter prevention
I noticed bat guano on a windowsill and called 3 companies looking for help. One never did call back. One could not be bothered to come out but would give me a phone quote using Google maps to view my house...really?

A second visit to remove the exit doors and seal, as well as decontaminate the attic and top up the insulation to R60 was equally professional and pleasant.
