Hi Satyam, Your roof was done last year, we have had massive amount of rain and snowfall and there's no leak whatsoever. On the day of the installation, I was present on the job site but you were not home. I spoke to your wife and made sure everything was going well. My foreman had checked the roof upon completion and the work was flawless. Please specify why this work was only rated 6/10. If there's any issue, make sure you contact us to get it resolved.
