Over the course of three 12+ hour days, Landmark Roofing’s crew of Rob, Jake, Adam and Graham replaced my old cedar roof with Certainteed Landmark TL shingles; the built-in gutters and a skylight. From my first meeting with company owner David Leite I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I received a detailed written quote as well as addresses where I could view various roof colours, products and the Company’s workmanship. I appreciated David’s recommendations. He reassured me that his crew is the best and I can wholeheartedly attest to their punctuality, politeness, work ethic and professionalism. The guys were friendly and didn’t hesitate at explaining what stage they were at or what was left to do. They carefully protected the site for product delivery (the crane operator was really good too!) and the demo process and cleaned up the property at the end of each day. When the roof was finished they put the planters and patio furniture back in place. I couldn’t have asked for a better roofing experience and know that I choose the right company for this project.
