Michel and his team were fabulous. They removed 9 trees and stumps from my property. My property consists of numerous garden beds, decking, fences and interlocking brick patios. They took down a lot of large trees without damaging anything and I really appreciated the price. Quite reasonable. They did an excellent job cleaning up everything too. Friendly staff and all safety precautions were used :)

We had a very large (45 foot plus) and long dead poplar tree in our backyard that was threatening us and our neighbour's safety. To top this off a lift was needed to safely remove the tree. Michel (owner of the service) was thorough, fully discussed the dangers of the tree and it's removal and emphasized his concern for our safety and his workers. Options were explained and we chose the one that offered the best safety.
Michel ensured the tree was cut down without damaging our house, fence, shed, deck or hot tub and took care to avoid impacting our lawn or gardens. When all was said and done the tree was gone, debris cleaned up with absolutely no damage to anything! Even our lawn didn't suffer any noticeable impact..
Michel and his worker were pleasant, cooperative and helpful!

We had number of trees and shrubs removed through Maplecrest. Michel, the owner personally came to provide very reasonable quote (i did get quote from few places) and did everything that was promised and helped to remove extra things with no charge.

I definitely recommend his service to anyone who is looking for arborists that are trustworthy and reasonable price with great attitude.

My project was started by another arborist (who had applied for permit for me). The permit took me to the dead of the winter so I put the project off to spring but the arborist had left the country!

So, I called Michel who sent his main climber Dave to asses the job (minus the permit requirements). They offered me a reasonable price and, considering the scope of my job and, Michel's crew had 2 climbers they were able to offer me a smaller duration to complete the job and this was important for me.

Within days they were at my home and I must say that they were VERY considerate. I have had mixed experience with contractors in the past so, honestly, I was a bit suspicious because that is what my past experience had taught me. As complex job as mine was, there were supposed to be some snags but they were handled very well. I was notified each time and corrective actions to my satisfaction were taken. Michel (owner) is a pleasure to talk to. He made sure that I was assured of his teams skills, and intention of absolute customer satisfaction. He kept me apprised of the progress very appropriately. Over all, the whole team was considerate, professional, very clean and the experience worth recommending to others. Hence this comment.

We had a very large silver maple tree that had caused roof damage during an ice storm. After things were repaired, we realized the tree could have more large limbs break off. We called Maplecrest Tree Services and they were prompt to come by and give us an estimate. We agreed and within a couple of days, they arrived and took the tree down. I was sad the tree had to go, but after seeing what was inside the trunk, I was happy with the decision. Prompt, professional, customer centric and courteous. All the branches were chipped and the larger limbs were cut into manageable sizes, for firewood. We asked about the other trees on our property (many and large) and were advised as to how to deal with them. Maplecrest came back the next day and trimmed, pruned and again, cleaned up everything. We can’t say enough. The work was done beyond our expectations. They are professional, and really know their trade. Thank you

Received a quote for tree trimming, paid for the job but never actually had the job completed. Was told again and again that they would return to finish the job but that was June 2017 and now almost a year later and the job is still incomplete. Beyond unprofessional.
I would not recommend this tree service to anyone.

Excellent service. Michel and his guys really did a thorough job and cleaned up nice afterwards. They were well prepared and friendly. Overall, a highly recommended experience. Great job guys.

We had two old black walnut trees removed and one pruned. Maplecrest did an amazing job of making sure they came down safely. Site was left in same condition when started. Cant beet the price.

Michel and his crew spent the day here trimming and falling a number of trees. I can't say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. Perfect aim falling a large white pine and a great job cleaning up at the end.
