Respect their knowledge and honesty. We had our RTU3 down because we change it over to cooling yesterday. Today when we wanted heating back again (funny weather) , we were unable to start the unit # 3.
We requested Greentech through friends & Mr, Big Guy Dave appeared within 30 minutes of our call. Dave started the unit in 2 minutes from our thermostat....Battery was low & he asked us to change the thermostat battery only...Paid only $49.00 plus tax.
To be honest, most contractors would make excuses to find something for sure and make it worth hundred of dollars. Salute to their honesty.
