Drain Right Now

The discharge spout from my sump pump was right underneath my deck and due to the slope, it essentially resulted in water coming out from teh sump pump, flowing under the deck into a large pool, and then coming right back into the house, meaning whenever it rained heavily, the sump pump would run continuously. Tyler immediately figured out not only the issue but a way to fix it that was economical and efficient, rerouting the drainage pipe to the side of my house where it could run out to the front of the property, draining down to the road.
Tyler explained everything clearly, helped me put a make-shift solution in place until he was able to get to me to do the job properly, and fixed a drainage issue with one eavestrough downspout at the same time.
Since he has been here, my issue is totally resolved - no longer do i wake up in rainstorms in a panic and head outside with buckets! Thanks Tyler - the job was fantastic and I appreciated you checking in afterwards several times to make sure all remained well.
