Woke up to a washing machine that would not work. Four loads of linen waiting to be done with 6 guests coming for the weekend. We called and had someone come to look at it very quickly and then repair later on that same day. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great work Tony.

Ernesto installed a new fan in our stove at home. He was polite, knowledgable and efficient. Great service! I would recommend this service company to others:) He also arrived on time.

The service tech was friendly and worked diligently to ensure he addressed the problem. He provided good advice and I felt as though he really cared about resolving the issue and ensuring I was well served rather than trying to sell additional parts/labour.

They dont make the part that broke on my stove anymore however the tech called phoned and checked the web to find me a part. Very good of him, professional

Top notch service from Valley View Appliances - Steve and his staff are friendly, courteous, and very conscious about making sure the customer is happy. We had an issue with our 3 year old Bosch dishwasher door springs and drain pump, which were both rectified to surpass our expectations. Even when there was a slight issue with the smooth travel of the door (which wasn't a part of the original warranty claim), Steve came back to make sure it was right at no charge. Thank you to Valley View Appliances for a job well done.

I really appreciate the booking system that Valley View uses - I was able to confirm the appointment online, and was notified when the technician was completing his prior appt and on his way to my house. Great service, professional and knowledgeable technician, friendly. I will definitely call Valley view for any future repairs.

Under warranty

The oven on our Kenmore range was burning everything no matter what temperature it was set at. I called Valleyview Appliance Repair last Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Evin came within the allotted time frame amd quickly diagnosed the problem. The computer motherboard was the problem and needed to be replaced. We agreed to the repair and two days later Evin came back, installed the new motherboard and I have a working oven again! Evin was friendly, easy to talk to and took the time to explain the problem, and gave us time to consider our options without pressure. We are very happy with the work done, the price was fair as was the warranty on the new part and service. I will definitely call them again for any other major appliance repair.
