Steve and the team made sure we understood what repairs were required, quickly made the necessary repairs, and ensured we were satisfied with the service throughout the process. When my appliances require service (Acute or maintainance) I ALWAYS call valley view , the work is performed quickly, in many cases parts are readily available and the “fix” lasts. Great company, incredible field technician.

Thermadore Wall Oven

Steve was amazing, considerate and the ultimate professional. We had two companies tell us we could not fix our 14 year old Thermadore Wall Oven and Steve was in and out within 30 minutes. Amazing care and professionalism. Also a shoutout to Robert the coordinator who helped us diagnose and get the appointment completed within a week. I will use only Valley View to repair our appliances in the future. Exceptional Quality and much appreciation to the ValleyView team.

Repair wall oven

Appliance Repair review in Calgary

Had 1 appliance co come out twice 1st time found nothing we called them back after discovering a hole in element, replaced element blew circuit breaker twice..didn’t get fixed.
Called Valleyview which we should have done the first time Steve came in pulled the oven out found problem within 15 minutes loose wire not found by previous company.
We have used Valley View prior and will definitely use them in the future.
We won’t be using that other company even to change a light
