Our dryer was rattling and I assumed the rollers needed to be replaced. Steve came, took it apart, looked all through everything and found I just had some wet lint stuck in there. He cleaned it out and it works great again. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need. I have used Valleyview a few times and always had great service!

As it turned out, the problem was easy to diagnose and repair. We give full marks to Steve (and Robert0 for their professionalism and strong customer service acumen. Steve took the time to explain how to prevent the problem in the future and even had time to help us with a few questions on our dishwasher....very well done!!
