Robert was a friendly voice who followed up with a quote for our oven repair. He arranged a convenient appointment for the repair within a few days. As promised, the service technician arrived on time and with the needed part. Steven was experienced, efficient and helpful. He answered questions and confirmed that I was happy with his service prior to leaving. I will certainly call Valley View Appliances again.
