Jay T has been a client of mine8 for the past 4 years. It was nice to know that he was a certified HVAC technician because I was in need of a new furnace. My previous carrier misdiagnosed the problem...however Jay T made a proper diagnosis and in no time the furnace was replaced with very little down time. I would highly recommend him and his Simply Comfort to anyone I know who have any problems to do with HVAC.
