Overall, a great experience. Was visited by a technician named Avi, he was very knowledgable about heating and cooling The installers did an excellent job, very considerate and help keep everything clean and organized. Did not have to put any money down, it was all simple monthly payments which is ideal. Really satisfied with my new furnace and this whole overall experience.
