I decided I wanted to upgrade my system. I received three detailed quotes and picked Liberty. All the quotes seemed pretty similar over the term of the contract with some having more upfront costs and some more monthly costs.
I was swayed to Liberty by the responsiveness and professionalism of Cole Heavenor. I was very pleased with the installation work done by Josh. The install wasn't totally without hiccups as they were utilizing as much as they could of my existing hard wired system which held surprises as they got into it. But Josh, Cole and I were able to quickly work through issues and make decisions without holding up the install. We had one faulty sensor but Josh came by the next day and replaced it. And all my dealings with head office in Edmonton were prompt and courteous. Seems like an organization with professional, quality staff at all levels!
