We recently moved into a new house and our favourite sofa would not fit into the finished basement. Alo came over, picked up the unit and brought it back to their shop. I had asked them to remove one arm as our movers had mentioned that was all that was required. When they brought the sofa back a week later, it still didn't fit. But not for a lack of trying! The two men from Alo spent close to two hours twisting and turning the sofa every which way. Unfortunately, it was not to be. However, not to be deterred, they took it back to the shop and cut it in what amounted to two pieces. Three days later it was back and it fit perfectly. You would never know it had been altered. It both looks perfectly fine and structurally it is sound. I would absolutely suggest their services to any friends or family.
