BEWARE! A1 Property is the worst company to deal with. I acquired their lawn care services at the beginning of August. When I called the owners, Robert and Ashley Lush, they came right away to collect payment. I paid them in full for the season. Initially, Robert completed 2 services of the 5. However, after that, he just disappeared. I texted Robert numerous times and always got the same excuse that he would either come next week or that since it was raining, the service could not be done. I had to always initiate contact. After the constant excuses, I requested that he refund me the money for the services that were not completed. At first, he stated that if I was unhappy with the services he would return the remainder of the money or I could give him a chance to come the following week and complete all 3 remaining services at one time. Giving him the benefit of the doubt (my mistake), I decided to give him one more week. The whole week passed, but Robert neither showed up nor contacted me. Therefore, I texted Ashley and him and got a response that I was not going to get a refund and that “he knew people like me, who were always looking for free stuff”. I by no means was looking for free stuff. All I wanted was the services I paid for to be completed. Robert again claimed that he still had till the end of October to complete the work and would do so. As expected, the 3 services were not done by the deadline.
So to sum up, A1 Property takes your money but does not provide the services. In addition, the owners do not know how to communicate with their customers and should take lessons in providing good customer service. A reputable company (that A1 claims to be) does NOT take a customer’s money and not provide the services, and on top be EXTREMELY RUDE!

First off Monica you should really tell the truth just take a look at all my other reviews our work speaks for it self you are the worst customer i have ever encountered you paid for a lawn care service which was weed control, fertilizing i laid down 2 applications of fertilizer also laid down weed application's which was included in the package you expected me and my team to be there every week putting down a application for this for that i had come a dozen of time's i have records and log sheets of every time i had completed work for you i had told you the product would take time and would need no more then a couple of applications not every week like you expected for you to slander our company is ridiculous you just were not happy with the service product and wanted a full refund what about the work i did complete should i not be paid for it i told you i was willing to take this matter to court and settle it you completely avoided it .
