We had to get the sides of my house waterproofed and 5 feet of my garage floor done. The garage floor had sunken over an inch over the span of three years and the foundation wall on the exterior garage wall was cracked allowing water to seep under the garage floor. We called around 5 different companies to quote us and a few refused the job and a couple of them quoted a ridiculous price. We were loosing faith in finding a company that can understand the problem and do the job within a reasonable price. So we decided to find an accredited business on the BBB website that do waterproofing, had no major complaints, and has been in business for at least a decade. We took a chance on Canada Waterproofers Inc. Not only did they provide a reasonable price, the sales person, Andrew, was personable, transparent, informative of the process, and answered any questions we had. One of the workers, Vasyl, had also chimed in on the conversation with concerned neighbors reassuring them that everything will be put back the way it was and will look as it did before once they completed the job. They even made the extra effort to have the neighbors check the work once they were done. They completed the task in 3 days. Started as early as 7 am till 5pm. They were professional, efficient, and hard working. We appreciated the extra service on the patch work done on our bricks leaving us with a polished finish. The whole process was seamless! I would definitely recommend them based on my personal experience.
