Terrible customer service, do not appear to honour contract for substandard work
Similar to other reviewers on this site. Acres communication was infrequent to none. After 3 apparent promises to complete driveway, front pathway and steps, they did not actually follow through until 7 months after the contract was signed and deposit paid. I wont detail each of the many times I tried to get a response or scheduled date - any communication would have been better than none. They finally arrived and completed the job in less than 48 hours - and the stone front steps collapsed 16 months later, January 2024. My email to Nate was responded to immediately with a reply it would be scheduled in the spring, but it is now May and I have neither seen nor heard from anyone at the company. As usual, no response from follow up emails requesting a date. I would not recommend this company unless they radically improve customer response and work accountability.
