Matt did a great job cleaning our carpet which in one area was quite stained. It certainly looks so much better. He also gave us lots of tips on how to treat stains, and mishaps from our two cats.
We found the company to be very well organized with prompt email correspondence.
We would not hesitate to use MB Steam Clean again, and would definitely recommend them.
