I purchased air conditioner from this company as their offer was good. However, after that, facing too many issues. Their commitment and client service is too bad. Still I didn't receive my rebate back even after 13 weeks although they said it takes 4 weeks. Please think twice before you sign any contract as I am so upset about commitment and client service
