Jay and his team were excellent to work with from the initial consultation visit to the final finishing detail of our kitchen reno project. We had very specific goals given the limited size of our kitchen and Jay was able to meet all of them. Communication was always excellent and clear. Jay is very accessible by phone, email, and text and would often update us on the status of the project. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Ultimately, we ended up with the kitchen we wanted within the budget that was originally outlined. The quality of the work is excellent and we couldn't be happier.

We recently purchased a rental property and hired Jay and his team to repaint the house and do some minor repairs. I can’t emphasize enough what a pleasure it was to work with Jay!

From beginning to end, his professionalism and strong project management skills were evident. We had scheduled work to begin immediate following our closing date, however our closing date was delayed. Jay was extremely understanding of the last minute change, and was able to skillfully manage his crew’s workload to accommodate our new timelines. Midway through the project, we also broadened the scope of work to include some kitchen renovations (new floors, countertop and backsplash). Again, these changes were gracefully accommodated. The scheduling and coordination of the various aspects of the project were seamless (i.e. painting, repair work, plumbing, flooring, countertop, etc). Further, throughout the entire project, communication with Jay was a breeze — communication was clear, responses were quick, and follow-up was reliable!

The quality of work also exceeded our expectations. All of the work completed by Jay and his team was beautifully done! And after completing the work, Jay’s team left the house spotless. After the work was complete, our rental ad generated tremendous interest and we had a lease signed within just a few days. I’m sure the ease with which we were able to rent the property was largely a result of the high quality work completed by Jay and his team.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Jay and his team provided. We needed some upgrades done prior to listing (full house being painted, fixing trim, granite counters, etc) and he was quick, effectiant and meticulous. Our house was ready in less than 5 days and we sold the first day on the market!!! I have no doubt it’s because of how amazing the house looked thanks to Jay and his team.

Basement renovations. Replaced floors, converted drop ceiling to drywall, layout changes, and bar installation.

The quality of the work was top notch, with Jay directly supervising the workers/contractors. Jay was quickly able to accommodate a design change I had requesting during the work without issue. As issues arose, he dealt with them swiftly and never nickel and dimed on these issues like many other contractors would.

I will definitely use him again for my next renovation project.

Jay and His team were referred to us several years ago and since that time they have completed a number of projects for us, including a flooring project, a deck and the most recent being a kitchen update that consisted of some carpentry, painting, tiles and more.
