Can't say enough good things about Raja and his brother. They worked every day til the job was done. Quality work, attention to detail, did everything they were contracted for plus some extras! Would absolutely recommend them!! A painless kitchen reno thanks to their hard work and efficiency!

We had a complete renovation of our kitchen by Modern Design Kitchen & Bath Ltd. very recently. Raja and Mo were skilled, professional, courteous and respectful. The project was completed as planned and on time. Quality is job #1 for this duo. It was indeed a pleasure having you work on this project and I would highly recommend you two to family and friends.

We have had two jobs thus far with Modern Design, and we will certainly be calling them for all future jobs. Raja and his brother are fantastic to deal with, they always go the extra mile and never “nickel and dime” us for any small extras. Quick story, I original gave Modern Design a $500.00 deposit in Oct 2013 they came in to help me with my Kitchen Reno in January and completed the job a couple of weeks later. I went to make my final payment and I thought it was $800 but Raja said I only owed him $300 because I forgot about my original deposit. This just shows you how honest he is, not many contractors would be this honest.
They do fantastic work and I have been pleasantly surprised with their dedication, no matter how cold it is outside. During one of the coldest days in January, Raja and his brother were outside drilling a hole for my vent and never complained or cut corners. I have never had any issues with them not showing up on days that we have scheduled with them, and they have always shown up when we needed them.
Modern Design is very professional and a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend him for any kitchen or bath work that you have. I know I will be using them for all my future home improvements.
