Aston Bray Renovations

We decided to fast track some renovation projects around the house to minimize multiple separate disruptions. We engaged Lenny/Aston Bray to complete two bathroom renovations at the same time initially, one in the basement and other on the top floor. The two projects (and another powder added at the end) were delivered on time and on budget, to good quality. Lenny and team were prompt and responsive from the start and generally easy to work with. Some issues were encountered, which is to be expected for eg. Placement of tiles, which was mostly fixed and improved in the second project. The team are not designers and therefore need direct input if there are any particular preferences. The only other issue was grout colour not matching as selected, but this can again be fixed using grout pens and such. The best part was that the team were very considerate and tidy, the working areas were always left in good order at the end of a day. Given that there have been no issues with workmanship thus far and all projects were delivered to time and budget at the end, I am happy to recommend Lenny and Aston Bray.
