From the initial consultation to the final installation process, it was straight forward and precise. Jordan’s response time to my questions and concerns was prompted which is very important, time is of essence. Total process was simple, if you do a little research or no research at all Jordan will provide you with all that you need to know with the products and services. I ordered the motorized Lutron blackout shades for my Condo. Total there is 4 panels of custom motors and blackout shades. Looks amazing and the motors have no noise! Jordan was very precise in making sure the measurements are exact and provided honest opinions on what would look good. I am very content with the service and the sound of the motors. Very solid and sleek look which really matched my floor to ceiling windows. I would definitely recommend Shadeworks to anyone.
