Jordan came to our home and first provided us with an education about window coverings - more than we ever imagined we'd have to consider when making this very important decision. He was most interested in getting us the right product, which we really appreciated, and he was very honest and forthcoming while we were choosing. He helped us decide on the right colours, patterns, opacity, style, automation/manual, blackout/non-blackout options for each room in our home. He was kind, communicative, prompt in his responses and installation was efficient and went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend his service enough - he's truly professional and I am so glad we were able to work with him. We get compliments on our window coverings (which is funny, because they are supposed to be 'unnoticed' in a home), but they just look so good that our friends and family have had to chime in. We sought quotes from a couple Homestar vendors, a Costco vendor and we checked with local big box stores. Jordan (ShadeWorks) offered a courtesy in-home house call. He had really nice manner about him; no hard sell; good advice and offered us plenty of options to consider. In the end, considering three quotes we received, my wife and I decided to go with Jordan (ShadeWorks); who had no objections when we asked to reduce our original intentions/order with the intentions of considering more window coverings at a later time; being conscious of our budget. We would recommend Jordan (ShadeWorks) to friends and family.

We had a great experience working with Jordan and his crew. They came the next day after asking for a quote and measured everything right away. Sent a quote to us the same or next day and as soon as we had everything confirmed, they installed it very quickly. The blinds look amazing and made the room instantly look like a million dollars. Friendly service and quality work, what more can you ask for?
