Was quoted for a 2Ton unit by Bruce the sales rep and I told him it should be 2 1/2 ton as the competition
quoted me on.My upstairs does not cool and the ones installed by Gandy work ok in this development.
Service men ajusted fan speeds the best they could and the service men this past year have been very good and service very prompt

The technician was very friendly and knowledgably and explained everything that was done in a clear and concise way.

So far furnace is working good. I pay approximately $189 per year for maintainance fee and working out ok. Furnace is only 1.5 year old, so almost new. Service personnel was very good and checked internals using fibre-optic camera.
Only area of concern is thermostat, which goes funny and haywye when internet service gets disconnected.

The Young technician was great he was courteous and professional did a great job we would like him back next time.

Got a furnace cleaning done all good paid still waiting for a receipt.
Phoned them did leave a message asking for my official bill nobody phoned back.
