So far furnace is working good. I pay approximately $189 per year for maintainance fee and working out ok. Furnace is only 1.5 year old, so almost new. Service personnel was very good and checked internals using fibre-optic camera. Only area of concern is thermostat, which goes funny and haywye when internet service gets disconnected.
