We were downsizing and needed to move our stuff from a four-bedroom home to a townhouse. We debated the pros and cons of each method and ended up choosing PODS since it allowed us to take our time and pack things to our own schedule. Having just completed the move, we have no regrets whatsoever.
They were flexible when we needed to order a second container and skillful in both delivery and pickup, taking care to position it to our wishes and avoiding both nearby cars and gardens. All prices were clearly laid out up front and there were no hidden costs. The only very slight negative was that the first POD was not quite as wide as advertised, as it had 4x4 wooden support posts inside that resulted in a last-minute change of load plan. However, this wasn't a big deal and we adapted.
We'd both be happy to use them again, though hopefully that won't be needed for a few years yet. Thanks for the great service, guys.
