Job was not completed. Water was still leaking. When I called the company they booked the technician for 11 am to 1 pm however, the plumber showed up at 9 am without any notice. He went and drained the pipe but it was not drained completely. Even with water still leaking, he left without communication. When I went to his car to tell him the problem still persisted he just said there is nothing he could do unless I change the entire piping system for an estimated cost of $735.
I am very unhappy with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
