Before paying, they promise you thick and thin, 6 months of service recurring service as many time as the pest problem persists, etc ... Good luck with that, we can't even get a phone call to the technician for some simple follow up questions. We had Brent come over for a wasp nest problem. He sprayed the affected area and told us that the problem (wasps entering a narrow gap between the soffit and the brick wall) will cease after 3-4 days. A week later we still see some wasps getting in. Wanted to consult with him and see if a repeat application might be necessary but contrary to their verbal assurances, it is impossible to get any kind of communication with him. Everything stops with the person answering the phone calls.
