We managed to bring some bed bugs home from a stay at a hotel in Washington, DC. Fortunately, they were restricted to one bedroom on the top floor. Peter was extremely prompt in coming to assess the situation as soon as I called him. He was very thorough and went through every bedroom in the house to make sure that they had not spread. He gave us a preparation guide to get the area ready for treatment and he came back as soon as we had it ready and treated the area twice. He gave us some after treatment maintenance tips as well. Overall a good experience to get rid of a bad problem.

Thank you Peter for your review. You were extremely lucky that it was restricted to only one room. Usually the procedure is that we would have to do the entire house but based on the entire situation is was only necessary to treat that one room.
