We moved into a new house in January. 2 days in, I found mouse droppings under our sink. Rodents are a huge phobia of mine. So I immediately called an exterminator who layed poison. He left and I did not feel confident. My brother suggested I call Skedaddle. He had used them for the exact same problem (New house, rodents!). Ben came to our home within a couple of days and was very thorough, honest and to the point. I trusted his plan. A few days later a whole team came out and spent approx 7 hours in and around my house. They sealed every hole and crack they could find. I was THOROUGHLY impressed! Fast forward to this week, and I saw a mouse, under the sink again. I called Skedaddle right away, the next day (today) they came out, sealed any new holes/missed holes (it was the dead of winter the first time so we were warned that snow could hide some holes). He came in and blocked the hole under my sink with mesh and provided some sealant and advice. Then reassured me to call them again if we have any issues. I feel very confident in our choice to hire Skedaddle for this issue. I would highly recommend. AT first I thought it was a bit pricey for MICE....but having the warranty is amazing for piece of mind, I will use them again if we ever have pest issues. Very happy with our experience.
