(I also opted to pay up for added protection against future invasions. A big ticket item but well worth it for the warranty and peace of mind) Skedaddle did everything they said they would do and they had great follow up. I really appreciated the responsiveness, thoroughness, and professonalism of the whole team; from the supervisors and technichians, to the customer service people who take your calls and schedule the visits.
