This past Sunday I opened up the door of my 5 year old dishwasher and all of a sudden, the bottom rack filled with dishes rolled off the tracking and fell to my floor. Fortunately, the dishes didn't break. I contacted Homestars that afternoon. Mors from Top Tech Appliance Service contacted me early Monday morning. Via email messages, he asked me questions regarding the mounting brackets and the material of my countertop. He told me straight up what this repair would cost me. It was very reasonable. He told me that he could come on Tuesday morning . I was happy that he could come promptly to resolve this problem. He arrived early within the the two hour window he gave me. He was friendly and courteous. I was very impressed with the amount of time he took to properly remount my dishwasher which the original installer obviously failed to do five years ago when the dishwasher was purchased. He even stayed several minutes after the work to run a short cycle to ensure that there weren't any leaks. It's very obvious that he takes pride in doing a great job for his customers.
