I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, clean, friendly AND they did a great job....I could hear 10 years worth of buildup in my ducts leave the house!! I was lucky to get a Buytopia discount but wouldn't hesitate to pay full price in the future. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10 and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

The gentlemen were professional, and took time to explain the equipment used, the process, and the expected time to completion. The 'before-and-after' photographs of vents and chutes proved that duct cleaning is vital to maintaining indoor air quality. I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased the original duct cleaning through Groupon after I read the many, many good reviews here. The cleaning included ducts and 12 registers, I knew what all of the additional costs would be and was fine with that. Diya came on very short notice to suit my schedule and did a fantastic job. I recently purchased a new house that was filthy, I gutted it, and renovated the entire house. The ducts had never been cleaned previously and there was an inch of cat hair in the returns as well as debris in the ducts. We added to that with the renovation. Diya did an excellent and very thorough job. I have had ducts cleaned in the past and they are in and out within an hour and you wonder if they actually did anything. Diya explained everything he was doing while he was doing it and took a great deal of time making sure the job was done right. The ducts, furnace and AC were cleaned impeccably and I will certainly use Diya and Diamond Duct cleaning for all of my duct cleaning needs in the future! Thanks for doing such a great job Diya!

I too thought this was a great deal on Groupon. I guess you get what you pay for. I've got two major concerns with Diamond Duct Cleaning: terrible customer service and incomplete work.

I scheduled the duct cleaning a week ahead of time. I was given a 2 hour window for arrival - between 11 and 1pm. I'm completing renovations at my home so I wasn't living there, but scheduled my time to be there for this. Well past 11am, I was wondering where the cleaner was. I called and was told that they didn't want to come that day due to heavy traffic, and that they couldn't arrive till noon. I reminded them that this was well within their 2 hour window, but they still refused to come. They instead rescheduled me for later in the evening - essentially ruining my whole day. I asked why my job scheduling had to suffer to the benefit of their other jobs and didn't get much of an answer.

When they arrived, they seemed to do a decent job. However, a week and a half later I finally got around to inspecting the ducts again. One duct in particular still had a lot of debris in it. I called Diamond asking if they could come back and address it, and they refused to, saying that I waited too long to call them. I explained that no one else had been in the home to do any further work in that area, so it was impossible that we caused additional debris to fall into that vent. The owner of the company seemed incredulous and again refused to come and clean out the one vent. He kept insisting that we need to just buy another duct cleaning package, which I think is ridiculous. I get that construction causes debris... but all demolition work that could have been the cause of this debris was completed well before they arrived, and no more has taken place since. This company balked at their obligations because I took more than a couple of days to call them about the issue.

I definitely search for another company next time, one that has better customer service and treats their customers right.

Decided to go with Diamond Duct Cleaning as I saw a great deal on Groupon and the reviews were great. I was very satisfied with the service. Returned my call promptly (unlike other companies) and was punctual. They made sure all vents were cleaned (last company missed one) and ensure any debris on the ground was cleaned up as well. They were quick and efficient. I would use them again. Also they ensured my air conditioning was functioning before they left.

The service was on time and in professional way, I am satisfied with that %100, Diya is very polite and nice guy as owner of company. The price was wonderful so as a mechanical engineer whom works with HVAC system for more than 20 years, I recommended this company for very good services and prices.

Diya was great. He took the time to explain the duct cleaning process to me. He showed me pictures of what my ducts looked like before being cleaned, compared to what they looked like after being cleaned. Diya was very thorough. Will be using again. Thanks!!

Diya and his team were fantastic, so glad I went with them. I have a 50 year old house that has never been cleaned, by the time they were done it was like a new house. Highly recommend them for your needs. He even shows you have the process works. Very trustworthy and friendly people.
