Matthew and his assistant arrived at the house right on time. He
explained everything they would be doing prior to starting the job and advised that he would let me know if there was anything out of the ordinary. They took caution with hoses that they brought into the house and made sure there was no dirt,etc brought in with them. The job took about 2 hours, and when they were done Matthew took the time to explain all of the findings and concerns. So far we have noticed a great difference in the amount of dust throughout the house. Dominic and his technician were professional from the time they arrived until their departure. I would highly recommend Allcare Carpet & Furnace Cleaning and we will be using them again in the next few years.
