Excellent service from start to finish beginning with Matthew who answered the phone and was pleasant and efficient. Matthew arrived on time to the minute and were courteous, informative and thorough. I will definitely be using them again.

My daughter bought a house that was in desperate need of a furnace cleaning, I did not hesitate to recommend Allcare carpet & furnace cleaning Ltd to her. Once again They explained the process to my daughter and made sure she understood what she was getting. They did a great job and made sure the furnace was running properly after the cleaning service was done. They were very professional and polite, clean and were quick too! I recommend them.

Matthew and his assistant arrived at the house right on time. He
explained everything they would be doing prior to starting the job and advised that he would let me know if there was anything out of the ordinary. They took caution with hoses that they brought into the house and made sure there was no dirt,etc brought in with them. The job took about 2 hours, and when they were done Matthew took the time to explain all of the findings and concerns. So far we have noticed a great difference in the amount of dust throughout the house. Dominic and his technician were professional from the time they arrived until their departure. I would highly recommend Allcare Carpet & Furnace Cleaning and we will be using them again in the next few years.

We've used Allcare many times and always excellent results. Clean and fresh, stains are gone. Care and attention to moving furniture and placing it on foam blocks while the carpet is left to dry.
