ACN Technology installed 4-5MP camera surveillance around my house and Feroz was very professional and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the work before leaving.
Highlights of ACN’s work:
Professional installation – I was surprised at how he was able to hide the wires. I was able to observe how he installed the cameras. It was apparent that he is very knowledgeable and has been doing this for a long time now. A very experienced fellow. He made it look so easy. What really amazed me was how he was able to drill a hole from outside the house going into the house at exactly where we wanted the wires to come out.
Professional advice – Before Feroz installed the cameras, he asked me questions to know exactly my goal for installing the cameras and where I want them installed. He also took the time to explain the advantages/disadvantages of the camera locations. His recommendations were spot on.
Out of all the quotes I received, ACN Technology was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but what made me go with the company was the 2 year warranty and it clearly shows this company has been in the business for some time already.

I have to revise my rating since customer service is very important.
The after service is not great! One of the cameras has acted up and I've reported this to Feroz and it has been 3 weeks and he has not showed up yet. He has been giving me excuses why he is not able to come.
