Bill came and cleaned/touched up our fireplace, as well as installed a fan system that will heat our main floor. He was quick and efficient, and super friendly. He really took time to explain how everything worked with the new system. I definitely felt valued as a customer, and would recommend him to anyone with fireplace needs.
