I just want to say Kudos to Matt Hill and his team from Lawn Troopers. I have been using Lawn Troopers since the Spring of 2013 and can honestly say that of all the many lawn service/maintenance companies I have used over the past 25 years, Lawn troopers stands out on top. They have always been on time/date with their weekly visits, they give a confirmation sheet after every visit and an detailed explanation of which application was completed. Since engaging Lawn Troopers we now have a far superior lawn quality, and gardens. When I ask for advise or need questions answered, the crew have consistently made great recommendations, and when I need Matt's input, he has always returned my call promptly. (as being formally self employed) I know how hard it is to keep crews on a schedule at many properties, I can assure that they have never failed in this area. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring their services.

Matt and the Team at Lawn Troopers has maintained my mom's lawn for few years now.
Matt and his team paid personal attention to my Mom's lawn as a senior they ensured her expectations were met.
They came when they said they would and communicated to us ahead of time when they were performing services such as weed spraying etc.
I confidently refer Matt and his Team at Lawn Troopers to anyone that looking for exceptional lawn care at a fair price.

I had to get lawn cutting due to an injury, the quality of the service was pathetic border not cut properly along sidewalk, grass cutting left on walkway and driveway, Invoice where never send and they damaged the border between lawn and flower bed. The border had survived 2 summers before the partial summer with lawn troopers.

I had to cancel the lawn cutting service because of the poor work they did. After the second time where they left a huge mess around my yard with grass in my flower bed as well as my neighbour's flower bed. They did not clean up the grass that was left over so after they finished we had to sweep up what was left every time they came. This was not the case with other services and will never use them again

My gardener retired prior to the 2014 season and I had to find a new one... I went with Lawn Troopers and I couldn't be more dis-satisfied!!! Firstly, they were supposed to start my gardens in the spring, but the first time that they were there was in mid June. When asked Matt said that their gardener had personal issues and wasn't working for the first month or so, which I understand, but no reduction of fees was offered and we had to follow up with him to find out why the service started late. Things were going OK throughout the summer until the crew ran over a 3' high tree that I had with their lawn tractor. They also cut off the emergency shut-off valve on my street. When I presented these problems to Matt, not only did he not apologize for this happening, he just suggested that sometimes the tractors run over the shutoff valves. In the 10 years I have been in my home that hadn't happened. They ran over the marker that was marking the shutoff early in the season. Matt didn't seem to care that his crew ran over the tree or shutoff. I had already decided it was time for a new gardener in 2015 when I received an invoice for November!!??!! They showed up once in Oct and his response was that their contracts run for April-Nov. They didn't do anything except show up in Oct and for that I paid $400??!!?? Needless to say both myself and my inlaws have new gardeners this year!! I would not recommend them to ANYONE!! Save your money and do it yourself!!!!

To boot, after I fired Matt in the fall, he sent an email asking for my business a month ago... LMFAO!! Ya righ!!

Lawn Troopers cut my lawn in place of my regular service. when I called I emphasized that it was new sod and the owner assured me that they would do a great job. They did not. I gave them a 2nd chance to rectify the lawn and they butchered the lawn with no apology or follow up. I could not recommend them to anyone.

Lawn Troopers has been taking care of our property for years and has always provided exceptional service! They really pay attention to details - every week our gardens are trimmed and they are careful around my wife's roses. I would recommend them highly to anyone!

Terrible lawn care company. They were fired after 4 weeks of cutting my lawn. Shoddy workmanship. Do not prepay for anything. If you so choose to use
these people have them bill you.
