I discovered a leak on a Sunday morning. I contacted Paul and requested his services via the website. He contacted me within an hour. I explained the problem and he provided an initial opinion of the severity of the leak. We decided to schedule an appointment for the following day. A couple hours later the leak worsened. So I contacted Paul and he was on-site within an hour.
He was professional and competent. He was very good at explaining the problem and his proposed solution.
I would definitely recommend him.
