Odours were coming from a toilet we had recently installed ourselves and we assumed we'd done a poor job at it. We called Viper to reinstall our toilet. Carlos came and quickly assessed that the new low-flow toilet was well installed but not getting the water moving enough, and because the piping was not well laid, it was causing sewage backup. He gave us several suggestions on how to manage the situation and even changed a broken shut-off valve knob while here at no extra cost. Most notably, Carlos is a super sweet, nice, knowledgeable and helpful guy who is good at what he does. We would highly recommend Viper Home Services based on our experience.
