We approached Chris to come and conduct a home inspection on a house we were contemplating buying in North Vancouver - he came highly recommended to us from our realtor. We were so happy with the very thorough report Chris provided us with - he took the time to closely inspect all areas of the home, inside and out, leaving no stone unturned. We joined Chris for the last half hour of the inspection when he summarized his main findings and showed us in person, areas of the home that were of concern (in particular a major issue with a retaining wall on the boundary of the property). We found Chris to be highly knowledgable, professional and approachable. He provided a complete report by 9am the following morning and followed up with us after we'd had a chance to look over the report to answer any questions. Due to some of the issues highlighted in Chris' report, we decided not to go ahead with the purchase of this particular property.
