Exceptional inspection, which helped inform my decision as a first time buyer. Chris performed a thorough inspection of both the condo and the common areas in the building (roof and garage and common areas where access was allowed). He answered both my questions and my agent's questions, and made himself available to answer follow-up questions free of charge. Ultimately I ended up not purchasing the condo, but I was able to make an informed decision, with extensive knowledge of the building and suite to back up my decision. The report was very detailed and would be a great reference document if I had purchased the home. Both in the report and in person, Chris informed us about whether particular repairs required were serious or not, which was very helpful as a first time buyer.
